Expertise in work at height training, rope access and safety consultancy

The quality of our human and technical resources is key to our success.   Our rope access teams are experienced IRATA qualified technicians who work to the internationally recognised IRATA code of practice and European standards, and are committed to the provision of safe, quality and efficient services in difficult and confined space locations.

Specialists in rope access, work at height and confined space rescue training, ARCH has delivered training to a large number of clients in a wide range of sectors including utility, telecommunications, wind energy, construction and film/TV companies.

ARCH has developed rescue plans and devised training courses for rescue of personnel from power station roofs, quarry hoppers and industrial process vessels.   

Eoghan Lynch, Founder
Eoghan Lynch is the founder of ARCH.   Eoghan has 20 years experience in work at height training and rope access.   He holds a First Class Honours Degree in Occupational Safety and Health and an Industrial Rope Access (IRATA) Level III qualification.

Eoghan has extensive experience and proven expertise in rope access projects having been employed as Operations Manager and Rope Access Supervisor with one of the UK's leading rope access companies for 15 years.   Prior to establishing ARCH, Eoghan was employed as a safety consultant and gained extensive experience of health and safety working within the construction industry and completing many local authority contracts.

Eoghan was appointed as Chair of the Irish Cave Rescue Organisation for a five year period, and held a position on the Northern Ireland Remote Rescue Review Steering Group, a committee established by the Northern Ireland Executive to advise on the future of remote rescue in Northern Ireland.

•  Cave Instructor Certificate, National Caving Association (UK)
